01- ◆ Be respectful to EVERYONE — regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other identity.
- ◆ ZERO TOLERANCE for racism, homophobia, xenophobia, sexism, transphobia, religious hate, ableism, slurs, or any form of discrimination. See the Zero Tolerance Policy below.
- ◆ Do not ask for free stuff.
- ◆ Use correct language and grammar when communicating.
- ◆ Use your common sense and do not do something that you would not want done to yourself.
- ◆ Report hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior to the staff. Protecting our community is everyone's responsibility.
Zero Tolerance Policy
02Conquest War is an inclusive community. We do NOT support, tolerate, or condone any act of hatred, discrimination, or violence against minorities or marginalized groups — in game chat, private messages, guild names, character names, bios, or any other channel.
Prohibited conduct (non-exhaustive)
- ◆Racism — slurs, stereotypes, mockery, or attacks based on race or ethnicity.
- ◆Homophobia & transphobia — insults, slurs, or harassment based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
- ◆Xenophobia — hostility, exclusion, or abuse directed at players because of nationality, origin, or language.
- ◆Sexism & misogyny — degrading, threatening, or exclusionary behavior based on gender.
- ◆Religious hate — attacks, mockery, or persecution based on faith or belief.
- ◆Ableism — insults or discrimination based on disability or health conditions.
- ◆Hate symbols & coded language — use of known hate symbols, dog whistles, or evasive spellings to bypass filters.
- ◆Harassment & bullying — targeted abuse, pile-ons, or sustained attacks against any player for who they are.
Enforcement & consequences
- ◆Any player who commits an offense of this nature will be immediately sent to BOT JAIL by staff or automated moderation systems.
- ◆While in Bot Jail, the player cannot interact normally with the community until the penalty is reviewed and served.
- ◆Repeat offenses, severe slurs, threats, or organized hate will result in PERMANENT BAN without refund.
- ◆Staff decisions are final. Attempting to evade punishment (alt accounts, name changes) will extend or escalate the sanction.
- ◆By playing on Conquest War, you agree that discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and that BOT JAIL and BAN are valid enforcement tools.
Our commitment
- ◆We actively monitor reports and logs to keep the server safe for ALL players.
- ◆We stand with victims of hate speech. If you are targeted, contact staff with screenshots and character names.
- ◆There is no place for bigotry on Conquest War. Play with respect — or do not play here.

03- ◆All DATA related to the game is Conquest War property (Accounts, Characters, Items, etc.).
- ◆If you found ANY ISSUE that can exploit the game (e.g., free money, experience), you are OBLIGATED to REPORT. In case of abuse, we reserve the right to BAN the players or roll back data.
- ◆We allow you to play with free accounts as you wish, provided you respect the Game Rules and Policy — including the Zero Tolerance Policy.
- ◆Hate speech and discrimination against minorities are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Offenders will be placed in BOT JAIL and may be PERMANENTLY BANNED.
- ◆When you buy something with real money, you are making a DONATION to the server so we can improve the game.
- ◆In case of SERVICE CLOSURE, we are NOT obligated to return any donated money. However, if we open a new server, you may obtain extra rewards based on your previous donations.
- ◆In case of one or more RULES BREAK, we can BAN you and REMOVE your account WITHOUT returning any money.
- ◆In the case of DATA LOSS, we have backups but CAN NOT ENSURE full recovery, except for monetary donations.
- ◆Any chargeback or payment dispute will be considered FRAUD. Players initiating chargebacks will be subject to a PERMANENT BAN.

04- ◆We are NOT associated with TQ Digital or any official trademark related to Conquer Online.
- ◆The game server is a custom source base and does not depend on any TQ Binary.
- ◆We are not responsible for player attitudes, but we will act — including BOT JAIL and BAN — if rules are broken, especially hate speech or discrimination against minorities.
- ◆Conquest War does NOT endorse or support any ideology, group, or behavior that promotes hatred against marginalized communities.
- ◆We reserve the right to change any Rules, Policy, or Warnings without previous notice.
- ◆This project is for fun and learning purposes; there is no major corporation behind this server.
